Overview
Tokopedia Need features Freelance! As a Tokopedia user, I find this application quite useful for buying various types of goods. However, it turns out that it’s not just traders who sell their wares on the Tokopedia application, I also found people who offer freelance services such as creating logos, creating websites, and many others. However, when I ordered this service, I could not complete the order because the process flow for ordering this service was not available in the Tokopedia application. and service traders get around this by including their contact details in the description section so buyers can contact them.
Why should this Freelance feature be on Tokopedia?
1. Help users manage their business 2. Helping business owners go digital 3. Assist vendors in marketing their services 4. Increase the loyalty of Tokopedia users

Goals
Find out the reasons/motivations of users for using freelancer services.
Knowing user obstacles in managing their business.
Find out what users think about the freelance service features in the Tokopedia application
Method
I took two different research approaches namely quantitative with user surveys to help me define various user problems. and qualitative with user interviews to gain in-depth insight into their problems
01. Survey Online
To get quantitative data, here I use a survey method to get a big picture of user needs in managing their business. And I got 26 respondents, of the 26 respondents who filled out the survey, respondents needed 3 freelancer services with the most presentations, namely as follows:
As many as 90.1% of the 26 respondents who filled out the survey felt that this freelance feature felt very helpful.
Insight
02. Indept-interview
Interview 4 users in depth via Google Meet to find out user problems and needs when using the Klassiq website.
Define
From the initial research, all data will be synthesized to determine user problems and decide which problems should be our priority. And I get the affinity diagram and priority matrix
Affinity Diagram
Grouping similar data and summarizing the grouped data
Priority Matrix
How Might We (HMW)
After I define the data, I ask questions that challenge me to think creatively and innovatively to produce design ideas according to the data I get.
How users get freelance services according to their needs?
How do users get the price of each service they want according to their needs?

Conclusion
Users who are not familiar with payment methods, it is best to equate the payment method with the Tokopedia application payment method
